Class Attendance:: We require all students attend class twice weekly. New material is always presented in the classroom before being assigned as homework. During classroom time students can be given instructions as necessary, as well as have their procedures carefully checked. Observation of the students work in the classroom is one of the most important factors in determining the students progress. When a student is unable to attend a class due to illness, family vacation, etc., it is the parent's responsibilty to call to arrange homework pick-up, at least two (2) classes before the intended absence if possible.
CLASS HOURS :: LaSalle :: The centre is open on Monday and Thursday from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. Forest Glade :: The centre is open on Tuesday and Friday from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.
(Parent's will be notified of any exceptions in advance.)
Some students may take up to 30 minutes to complete their class work, therefore we ask that all students arrive at the centre no later than 6:10 pm. Otherwise they will be asked to take their class work home for completion.
The centres are open year 'round. We DO NOT take extended breaks during the summer months. This has proven to be counter-productive to the student's progress. Students will advance more quickly if a steady continuous effort at worksheet completion is made. Extreme Weather Conditions :: There may be occasions due to severe weather conditions (icy roads; heavy snowfall; flooding or unexplained regional blackouts) such that we may find it necessary to cancel class. Tuition Payments :: Tuition payments are paid by recurring Visa/MasterCard subscriptions OR post-dated cheques.
To simplify administration, we will collect six (6) cheques twice per year. The two payment periods will be ::
May to October inclusive & November to April inclusive
Cheques should always be dated for the 1st of each month and must be submitted before the end of the current month (or may be subjected to a $10.00 late fee). The monthly tuition is not pro-rated. The monthly tuition is due in full if the student attends just one class session, or if any materials are taken by the student for the month. Thus, if the student discontinues the program early in the month, the tuition is non-refundable. However, if for any reason the student transfers or discontinues the program, the appropriate post-dated cheques will gladly be returned or destroyed.

Liability ::The parent/guardian shall be liable for any damages and injuries caused by their children.
Late fees ::There is a $10.00 late fee for all tuitions paid after the 7th day of the month.
